The Much Sought After Canadian Supreme Clientele
Feb 15th, 2009 by Jet Set
One of those rare collector gems among Wu-Tang fans, besides the bobby Digital movie, is the Canadian version of Supreme Clientele. The sophomore effort of one Wu-Tang’s most acclaimed members. In itself it holds the saving of Wu-Tang at the end of the millennium. When the solo projects just were not cutting it up like they were five years before. It was all too much and not on par with the Wu-Tang batting average.
This version of the album includes the song Wise (In The Rain). A genuine Ghostface song in the sense of All That I Got Is You, dedicated to a deceased friend. And according to a Swedish interview GHost even cried in the booth while recording it, just so you know.
Besides that It has the famous Canadian Bastards Version of Ghost Deini. It uses the Ruthless Bastards beat from The Swarm. A track which many say it better than the released one.
And no Wu-Tang album is complete without a completely fucked up tracklist. So none of the skits are mentioned and songs go on for nine minutes. Add to your collection in a digital form right here.
All Kudos for this gem go to Pattch82 over at the WTC
