Couple of months ago I was alerted to a peculiar fact. This website was mentioned in the liner noted of the album Visions of the 10th Chamber Part II. An album which I upon first notice had not heard of, but was surprised to discover that it was presented by the one and only Popa Wu. So I was quite stunned because I did not know Popa Wu released a second album, and I was still waiting for the record he was working on just before his death. But this was not that.
Instead this album is more a showcase of Future Chamber than anything else, with Popa Wu just presenting it. The main driving force behind future chamber are Dlah & Raaddrr Van, who are also featured on the majority of the songs. And now even though I can not recall it, it seems I did mention this album on this website on multiple occasions. But an article like this sure says enough about my involvement at that time.
As for the music, you can skip it if you want. It is nothing great and sort of sad to see Popa Wu was dragged into this. Popa Wu presents Future Chamber would have been a better title. Even with that I am not sure if I will ever play this album again after writing this. But it remains one for the books with the mention. It seems people are reading.
Thanks Martijn for the hook up. Now I can only hope that Popa Wu album will see the light of day sometime.
